aylor and Turner Insurance Services was formed by Austin Turner, Eddie Taylor and Dwight Taylor on January 1, 1988. From our beginning in Roswell, Georgia we have enjoyed steady and controlled growth over the years and have become recognized as one of the leading agencies in the Metro Atlanta/North Georgia area. Over the years there have been several agencies and books of business purchased, the largest of these being Don Hartsfield & Associates on September 1, 1994. This acquisition was the beginning of tremendous agency potential and relationships that have prospered over the years. We have earned our reputation for professionalism due to the individual attention we give to the needs and requirements of our insureds. We offer products that our competitors offer, therefore we must do better than our competitors. All three of the company founders came from backgrounds with Nationwide Insurance, in both management and sales. That background and training provided a basis for sound field underwriting, attention to detail and conservative money management.

Our philosophy is simple, the Golden Rule applies to both our business and personal lives. Our mission is to provide security for our insureds so that they can focus on their goals and dreams. The goal of Taylor, Turner & Hartsfield is profit, not premium, and to accomplish this we have a specifically designed model for our agency book of business. This model maximizes our individual workers' strengths, creates efficiencies and keeps a constant focus on what we want Taylor, Turner & Hartsfield to be. To achieve that model our goal is not to sell all the insurance we can sell, but to sell all the insurance we choose by design to sell.

Of our staff of twenty-six full time and one part time employees, all but two administrative assistants are licensed and have achieved or are working to achieve insurance accreditations in CISR, CIC and CRM. Our staff is balanced by age from twenty-six years to sixty-five years old by design. This balance provides energy for aggressiveness and wisdom for security.
